Hi, I’m Zeb Browne, LMT. I’m the owner and primary practitioner at Arbor Vitae Wellness. I believe communication is key. I check in with you before each session to listen to your unique needs that day and provide a personalized service that restores your health and well-being.
Thumper the dog
This is Thumper, Arbor Vitae’s unofficial therapy dog. A Labrador Retriever/Newfoundland mix, he is often in the studio during sessions doing his favorite thing - napping! He is a big friendly puppy and will greet you with affection when you arrive. Then he will calm right down and resume sleeping on the floor. If you have any questions, or are uncomfortable with dogs in any way, please contact Zeb and let him know. Please note no other dogs are allowed in the office (unfortunately!).

Our entrance is on the lower corner of the historic Cyrus Foss Sargent House in Yarmouth, directly adjacent to the InterMed building. Please come in and have a seat in our comfortable waiting area and your provider will come out to receive you at the time of your appointment.

Tracking club
Last Saturday of the Month
Starting January 27, 2024!
During these monthly Tracking Club outings, we will become familiar with local flora and fauna, track morphology, animal gait patterns, bird alarms and other concentric rings, and begin to step into a deeper harmony with our environment through acutely attuning our senses. Bring your sense of adventure, dress for a day outside, and let’s see what mysteries we can find!
