News & Letters - January 2024

Hello everyone,

You’ve heard it before and I’ll say it again…Happy new year!

First, I would like to offer a sincere THANK YOU to ALL OF YOU!!! Thank you for being awesome. Thank you for being who you are. Thank you for showing up and inspiring me to do this work! I am really looking forward to this coming year.

To start things off, my first announcement is that I am opening up weekend availability. Starting now in January I am OPEN on SUNDAYS! To see my full weekly schedule, see below.

In other news - Tracking Club. The long awaited time is here! These informal Tracking Club gatherings are free of charge and will take place on the last Saturday of every month in the Yarmouth area. We will become familiar with local flora and fauna, animal gait patterns and begin to step into a deeper harmony with our environment by acutely attuning our senses. Bring your sense of adventure, dress for a day outside, and let’s see what mysteries we can find!

May your new year be filled with deep connection and ever-present awareness of the truth within your heart.

In health,
Zebulun

Tracking Club!

The long awaited time is here! These informal gatherings are free of charge and will take place on the last Saturday of every month in the Freeport area. We will explore a local area and become familiar with animal tracks, bird language, local flora and fauna and more.

As many of you know, prior to working in the bodywork field, I was an outdoor educator for over a decade. Tracking has been a passion of mine for a very long time and it is through tracking that I was led to the healing path. If you have received Bridge or NIASZIIH sessions, you are familiar with tracking. In those sessions we are tracking on your internal landscape. Tracking on our external landscapes (the great outdoors) refines our ability to ask questions, make observations and hone our awareness - all things that can apply to healing oneself. Being in nature is also healing, so it’s a win-win!

During these monthly Tracking Club outings, we will become familiar with local flora and fauna, track morphology, animal gait patterns, bird alarms and other concentric rings, and begin to step into a deeper harmony with our environment through acutely attuning our senses. Bring your sense of adventure, dress for a day outside, and let’s see what mysteries we can find!
