Welcome to the heart of winter. How is your body feeling today? What new questions slumber beneath the snow-covered landscapes within you, awaiting the emergence of spring?
This month, we have a very exciting announcement. Starting March 1st, Arbor Vitae Wellness will be opening an office in YARMOUTH! Quietly tucked away and easily accessible from the north and southbound routes, the new space is located at 253 Main St. directly adjacent to the InterMed health center. The new suite is handicapped accessible on the ground floor with ample parking, a waiting area and amenities. Royal River Park is a two minute walk away and everything that downtown Yarmouth has to offer is right around the corner!
Please note! Zeb will continue to see clients at 331 Maine St. in Brunswick full-time through the end of April, while also opening up days in Yarmouth beginning March 1st. He will continue to see clients one day/wk in the Brunswick area at least through the summer. Thank you!

Yarmouth Office
Opening March 1st!
Quietly tucked away and easily accessible from the north and southbound routes, the new Yarmouth suite is located on the ground floor, is handicapped accessible, and has a calm waiting room upon your arrival. It is adjacent to the InterMed health center, with ample free parking available out front.
Zeb will continue to see clients at 331 Maine St. in Brunswick full time through the end of April while also opening up availability in Yarmouth beginning March 1st. He will continue to see clients one day/wk in the Brunswick area at least through the summer.
Please note that when both locations are operating at the same time, there will not be a way to distinguish which location you are booking when you select your service online. Different days will be allocated to certain offices. To determine which location you want, look at the ‘Hours open’ on the website contact page to find the best location for you.

The most import question I ask my clients prior to a session is: What is your intention today?
Your intention sets the stage for the work on the table and aligns your body with the reception of the work. Your intention sets your day in motion! Because you are unique, and each days brings unique experiences, sessions at Arbor Vitae are not entirely the same for each person. Your intentions empower the work done on the table and synergize the energy of the practitioner with your goals for the session. The work here at Arbor Vitae is unique, as many of you know. It is not your typical approach to massage therapy. Traditional massage therapy becomes the doorway to step into a deeper liminal space where you can experience in a real way what it means to EMBODY YOUR BODY.
You are the only one who can change your life. And we are here to help you along the way, to the utmost of our capability. The magic really rests in your ability to respond. Remember the old adage:
