Greetings!
We saw some spring-like warmth earlier in February, but these recent cold and snowy days have come to remind us that winter is not over quite yet. But it’s not far off now! Whisperings of spring. The balance-point between dark and light. Longer days. How has your body been responding to these changes? What have you noticed moving through the undercurrents of your perception?
This month we are excited to announce the Yarmouth studio is now open! Located at 253 Main St., Zeb will be seeing clients in Yarmouth on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with Mondays and Tuesdays devoted to the Brunswick office. Beginning in May, all appointments will shift to the Yarmouth location. Read on for more details!

NOW OPEN!
Quietly tucked away and easily accessible from the north and southbound routes, the new Yarmouth office is located in Suite #1, 253 Main St. in Yarmouth.
Located on the lower corner of the building on the ground floor, our space is handicapped accessible and has a calm waiting room upon your arrival. It is adjacent to the InterMed health center, with ample free parking available surrounding the building.
Appointments can be booked in Yarmouth on Wednesdays and Thursdays through April. Starting in May all appointments will shift to the Yarmouth location. Read on to find out more!
Spring Schedule
During this transition period between office locations in March and April, the schedule between the Brunswick office and Yarmouth office will be as follows through April 30:
Monday: Brunswick
Tuesday: Brunswick
Wednesday: Yarmouth
Thursday: Yarmouth
The Brunswick office will remain open through April.
Beginning May 1, all appointments will transition to the Yarmouth office.
