Mask update!
Since opening during the pandemic we have played it conservatively regarding masking policies, as a firm preventative measure to Covid-19.
Now it’s time to breathe a little more fresh air! As some of you already are aware, masks are NO LONGER REQUIRED during your session. Of course, if you are feeling under the weather or prefer to wear one, please do. If you would like me (Zeb) to wear one during your session, please ask and I’d be happy to accommodate. I may still wear one from time to time at my discretion.
Yarmouth Office - directions!
The new Yarmouth office is located in Suite #1, 253 Main St. in Yarmouth!
Less than a 20 minute drive from Brunswick or Portland, the office is easily accessible from the north and southbound routes.
Coming from the North on I-95:
Take Exit 17 onto Rt. 1 S toward Yarmouth. Stay in the right lane. After you cross the bridge over the Royal River, take your first right onto School St. Turn off School St. toward the InterMed building.
Coming from the South on I-95:
Take Exit 15 onto Rt. 1 N toward Yarmouth. As you come into town, just over the overpass, turn right onto York St. Take this around and turn right onto Main St. Turn right at the first traffic light onto School St. then a quick left toward the InterMed building.
We are located adjacent to the InterMed building, in the historic Cyrus Foss Sargent House. Parking is free anywhere in the lot. The main entrance door (suite #1, pictured) is on the corner of the ground floor of 253 Main St.
Our space is handicapped accessible and has a calm waiting room upon your arrival. Please come in and make yourself comfortable, and your provider will receive you at the time of your appointment. Thanks!
